The rates are included only Breakfast for a Couple.
For Children below 6yrs stay is complimentary & Child above 11yrs, counted as Adult.
Every Extra Person or Adult will be chargeable @ Rs.1000 + taxes (with Breakfast)
The Supplementary charges on Special periods, December 24th & 31st and Season hikes are mandatory hotel Policy.
Our Check-in timings are 12:00 noon and Check-out is 11:00 am

Our rules & regulations
As per Kerala government rule the guest(s) should carry any photo, addressed proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter’s ID/Indian Registration Card etc.) along with them. If guest is non-resident Indian they must have the original passport and Visa
Any kind of cultural activities/DJ etc. will be allowed only up to 10:30 PM in our hall, with prior approval from our side. The sound should be within the limit so as to avoid any inconvenience to other the residents.
Since we don't have a bar license we will not able to offer or allow any alcoholic drinks in any of our Banquet hall/Public areas.
